The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus Movin’ On Up To A Deluxe Apartment In The Sky

With The Walking Dead’s propensity for killing off its main characters, the show isn’t known for creating job security for actors. However, Norman Reedus might be the one exception, as viewers have often threatened to riot if anything ever happens to his character Daryl Dixon.

With the popularity of Daryl Dixon, Norman Reedus has also proven to be a huge draw on the convention circuit, attracting large crowds wherever he appears. Even though Norman Reedus might not get to spend much time at home between shooting for The Walking Dead and his various appearances, it looks like he now will have a much nicer place to stay when he is home.

According to TheRealDeal, Norman Reedus just bought a penthouse condominium in a Little Italy building in New York, where he has lived for the past three years. Reedus reportedly paid $3.8 million for the penthouse condo, which was discounted off a previously listed price of $4.25 million.

Reedus also sold his 1,558 square foot condo in the same building for $2.08 million earlier this year. His new penthouse condo is listed as having 2,579 square feet, along with an additional 600 square feet of private outdoor space.
