Norman Reedus Enjoys A Stroll In NYC(December 10, 2013)

He plays tough guy redneck Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead.

But Norman Reedus was almost unrecognisable after he wrapped up as he went for a stroll in New York on Tuesday.

The 44-year-old seemed in high spirits as he enjoyed the sights and sounds of the colourful SoHo area of the city.

But it seems Norman is not quite as tough as his rugged outdoorsman character on the hit AMC show.

For the actor made sure he was wrapped up warm in a heavy green raincoat, faded black trousers and brown leather boots.

However it seems the star may have been making a vain attempt to go unrecognised by fans as he made his rounds, as he wore a pair of sunglasses despite the fact it was overcast.
