Norman Reedus Nabs New Agent — What Does This Mean For His Future on The Walking Dead?

Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) is movin’ on up, you guys!
The Walking Deadstar recently signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) — one of Hollywood’s premier talent agencies — Deadline reports. The 44-year-old actor was previously repped by Don Buchwald and Associates, and the CAA switch is certainly a step up.
While Don Buchwald is a respectable talent agency, CAA is known as one of Hollywood’s “Big Four," along with United Talent Agency, William Morris Endeavor, and ICM Partners.
Though we don’t know which specific agent has the honor of repping Norman, we do know that the switch could indicate that Daryl’s portrayer is readying himself for bigger and better things. Since TWD’s Season 4 premiere brought in over 16 million viewers, now is the time for Norman to make big moves, which could include doing more films.
Though Norman is also known for his role in 1999’s Boondock Saints,TWD has occupied much of his time lately. But the move to CAA — whose impressive list of clients includes Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney, and Tom Hanks — might mean he’s aching to do more movies. After all, we all know that his future on TWD is uncertain…
Luckily, Norman’s already started upping his full-length feature game, and will next appear in Sunlight Jr. with Naomi Watts and Matt Dillon.
