Norman Reedus, Guillermo Del Toro Bringing ‘Silent Hill’ Back To Life

Scary, sexy, cool.

And just like that, “Silent Hill” became a must-watch property again.
Two years after the most recent installment in the series, a new “Silent Hill” video game has been announced, and the talent involved is, in a word, huge. “The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus is set to lend his voice and likeness to “Silent Hills,” a mysterious new video game from “Metal Gear Solid” mastermind Hideo Kojima, and legendary filmmaker Guillermo del Toro.
Reedus and del Toro’s involvement in the “Silent Hill” series was revealed through an interactive “playable teaser” released yesterday on the PlayStation Store. The so-called “P.T.” sees players walking through a rundown apartment, the rooms warping and deteriorating until finally giving way to the world outside — revealing a man walking down a dark and empty street… a man with the unmistakable face of Norman Reedus.
See the reveal for yourself:

There’s no word on when “Silent Hills” will be available, and no word on how exactly del Toro is involved. No story details, no character details — not a whole lot just yet. But this is one of those cases where the names of the talent involved are more than enough to get the wheels spinning out of control with excitement.

Norman Reedus In The Walking Dead Creator Robert Kirkman's Air Trailer

Robert Kirkman, has revealed the first trailer and poster for the sci-fi movie Air, starring Norman Reedus ("The Walking Dead") and two-time Oscar nominee Djimon Hounsou.

The film is produced by Kirkman, David Alpert, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, and Chris Ferguson, with a script from Christian Cantamessa and Chris Pasetto. Cantamessa is making his directing debut.

In Air, when Earth's atmosphere is all but destroyed, humanity's last hope is the personnel cryogenically frozen in an underground bunker. Reedus and Hounsou play the caretakers of the facility whose sanity is tested as they struggle to survive in the last bit of habitable space on Earth.

Comic-Con: See 'Walking Dead's' Norman Reedus and Gale Ann Hurd as the Men in Black (Video)

The show's star and producer pose as Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith's iconic characters for THR's graphic novel-inspired "Titans of Comic-Con."

Producer Hurd, 58, has been a genre mainstay for decades thanks to Terminator, Aliens and, now, AMC's The Walking Dead. Reedus, 45, is a crucial member of Dead's non-zombie ensemble.

Do you get to hit the convention floor? Have you ever gone in disguise?

Reedus: The last time I went, Steven [Yeun, who plays Glenn on Dead] went as Spider-Man and I went as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. I think people caught on to us.
What are fans like when they meet you?

Hurd: Incredibly respectful because no one's going to have a heart attack because they met me. I'm always impressed that they know I've done work besides The Walking Dead. (Laughs.) When someone says, "I loved Terminator" or "I loved Aliens," that really touches me.

As a fan, is there anyone you geek out over?

Reedus: Oh, man. Last Comic-Con, I took a picture with the dude from Yo Gabba Gabba! and Anthony Bourdain. The three of us. That was kind of my favorite picture.

What's the thing that needs to happen for it to feel like Comic-Con?

Reedus: You know what feels the best? When we have our cast onstage with our producers and the showrunner, and we're looking out at people and they're applauding and asking great questions. It feels like the band's back together.

Comic-Con: 'Walking Dead' Debuts Season 5 Trailer, Sets October Return

The zombie drama will pick up immediately with the cliffhanger from the season four finale, a first for the series.

Continuing its annual Comic-Con tradition, AMC's The Walking Dead used its massive Hall H presence to debut the first footage of its upcoming season and announce a return date during is panel Friday.

Season five of the zombie drama based on RobertKirkman's best-selling comics will return on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 9 p.m., followed by its Chris Hardwick-hostedcompanion Talking Dead.

Showrunner Scott M. Gimple will be back for his second season at the top of AMC's ratings juggernaut, which will see The Wire alum Seth Gilliam join the cast alongside newly promoted series regulars Andrew J. West (Gareth), Alanna Masterson (Tara) and Christian Serratos(Rosita).

The series, which again has a big presence at Comic-Con including a nearby hotel decorated as Terminus — the "sanctuary" where Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his group were reunited and held hostage in a rail car in the season four finale. Season five picks up immediately after Gareth unknowingly reunited Rick with nearly everyone in his group, save for Carol (Melissa McBride) and Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman).

The panel opened with a parody clip featuring Rick and Glenn (Steven Yeun) beareded and playing cards, still trapped in the Terminus trailer, chowing on the remains of one of the group's members alongside with a bald Daryl (Norman Reedus) and aged Maggie (Lauren Cohan).

"Once they lost the prison and Hershel, all bets were off. They did find out that you can't come back from the things you've done," Gimple said, noting that the group is now much more formidable having done unspeakable things. "This season is going to define these characters." Gimple stopped short of confirming if the people of Terminus are cannibals but said the upcoming season will feature thebackstory of how that community was crated.

Kirkman said this season is going to be "pretty close" to the comics, with Terminus on the surface seeming like a "major departure" before the AMC show gets back on track with the events in the Image/Skybound title.

Exec producer Gale Anne Hurd also teased that season five would feature multiple locations beyond Terminus, including some "possibly" inspired by the comic book that may have a more suburban feel (THR won't spoil the comics here though). "You'll see us take some pretty big leaps with the characters and set pieces — bigger than ever," she said.

EP Dave Alpert also confirmed that Gilliam would indeed be playing Father Gabriel, a key character from the comic series, while EP and VFX mastermind Greg Nicotero also previewed the evolution of the walkers on the series, with slack jaws, and sagging skin. "There's a lot of really cool landscape we're going to explore," he said.

In the trailer, the so-called "Termites" appear to also be on a path to go to Washington in a bid to cure the outbreak, with Gareth offering them an ultimatum in order to survive at the camp, with Bob's life seemingly hanging in the balance.

Norman Reedus of 'The Walking Dead' talks about disguising himself as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man

Norman Reedus is a Comic-Con favorite. But he loves the convention as much as the convention loves him. In fact, The Walking Dead star has been known to do some celebrity stalking himself. “I took a selfie with Anthony Bourdain and the lead dude fromYo Gabba Gabba!,” says Reedus of one of his favorite Comic-Con encounters. “I was like, this is the best moment ever!” But wait, did Bourdain and “lead dude from Yo Gabba Gabba!” (also known as DJ Lance Rock) even know who Reedus was? “The Yo Gabba Gabba! guy, he knew. Anthony Bourdain kind of looked at me like, what the hell are you doing right now? But I’m a huge fan of Anthony Bourdain. If I didn’t have this job as Daryl Dixon, I would definitely want his job.”

Of course, there are scores upon scores of fans who would kill to get up close and personal with Reedus. But that can be a bit of a problem for when the star wants to go walk the convention floor. To try to an evade prying eyes, Reedus has employed a variety of costumes over the years so he can mingle undetected with even the most hardcore fans. He shared one such story about going incognito with a Walking Dead castmate.
“It’s funny, because they know what you’re wearing. So if you just put on a mask, you’ll get caught right away. Steven Yeun and I decided to go walk the floor in San Diego, and he went and got us these square, cardboard box heads to wear. And we walked around with those for like a minute, but you can’t breathe in those things, you could barely see, and someone recognized us right off the bat. So we ducked around to one of those vendors and we just bought what they had. And he went as Spider-Man, I went as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. We walked around for a little while, and it was cool. When we came out of there, we went to the hotel and it was so hot that we were just dying in those masks. So finally we pulled them up for a second to just catch some air and we just got bombarded with people. So we got stuck in front of a hotel trying to get out of there. But it was a lot of fun.”
However, Norman claims that there is one person who gets surrounded even more than he does — The Walking Dead creator himself. “The crazy thing is walking around with Robert Kirkman. Robert Kirkman is like the God of Comic-Con, So if you walk around with that guy, you just get mobbed because everyone loves Robert Kirkman and he’s just the king of that world. So that’s my advice: Don’t walk around with Robert.” Or the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

New photo of Norman Reedus in 'AIR'(with intel from Robert Kirkman)

Last week we brought you the first exclusive image of Norman Reedus and Djimon Hounsou from the upcoming film AIR (which is directed by Christian Cantamessa and produced by The Walking Dead’s Robert Kirkman). And then we told you how Norman Reedus broke his toe during filming with an “unmanly move.” Now Reedus Nation will once again be in a frenzy as we present another exclusive image from the upcoming film featuring The Walking Dead favorite. In the photo, we see Reedus as Bauer, one of the two workers (along with Hounsou’s Cartwright) whose job is to maintain an underground bunker filled with sleep tanks set up to preserve the human race after the air outside has been rendered toxic. Naturally, complications arise. Reedus shared his thoughts on the film with us already, and now Robert Kirkman tells us how the movie came together and what to expect when it hits the big screen in the spring of 2015.
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: So, you’ve conquered TV, comics, and now movies…ROBERT KIRKMAN: I don’t know if conquered is the right word. I like all forms of entertainment, I hope to get into musical theater later.
EW: Tell me how you came involved in this project.KIRKMAN: Christian Cantamessa, he worked on Red Dead Redemption, and so I kind of knew who he was, and he had done this zombie short film that I saw, which was really good and kind of in my wheelhouse because I do The Walking Dead. So that’s how I found my way to it. Then I found out he had this script he was looking to produce, and so I got my hands on it, read it, loved it, and ended up coming on board to help them get the thing made.
EW: Describe to me the story in your words.KIRKMAN: Two guys who have a very strong bond stuck in a bunker together and things go wrong.
EW: They always do! Whenever there’s a bunker in there, things are going to go wrong.KIRKMAN: And cool stuff happens.
EW: How did you get Norman on board?KIRKMAN: I don’t like to be away from Norman. It’s a problem that I have, so during the off season when we’re writing scripts for the next season and all that kind of stuff I go through a thing I call “Norman Withdrawal.” Anytime I have any kind of projects going on in the off-season I’ll try to pack it with as much Norman as possible. But Norman just seemed like the perfect guy for the role and I didn’t know if he’d be interested in doing it but I ended up calling him up and talking to him about it and thankfully he seemed really into it. It was actually a fairly casual process. But he’s brought so much to the part and to the project and I couldn’t thank him enough for coming in and deciding to spend his off hours working on this thing.
EW: What about Djimon? How did he get into the mix?KIRKMAN: Djimon is one of the best actors in Hollywood. He’s actually a pretty funny guy, which I didn’t expect, but we really wanted to get somebody with some power and some gravitas and some authority to offset the silliness of Norman Reedus. And so we thought that Djimon would be perfect for that. I think honestly it’s really just the power of Christian Cantamessa’s script — everyone that read that thing was champing at the bit to get on board. It was actually a pretty easy process bringing in actors for this movie just because of the quality of this script.
EW: What’s this underground bunker going to look or feel like?KIRKMAN: It’s definitely claustrophobic, it’s definitely isolated, but one of the cool things about it and one of the things that got me really excited about the project when I talked to Christian very early on was this idea of not making it look modern or fancy or polished. It’s very industrial and it’s very realistic and it’s almost a throwback to the science fiction movies of the ’70s and ’80s. It’s definitely a sci-fi atmosphere but it’s much more the first Alien movie than it is J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek — which I think is a really cool look, a really cool visual and definitely adds a lot of mood to it and definitely something we need to see more in sci-fi stuff.
EW: You mentioned the first Alien movie; is there going to be that sort of horror element at play?KIRKMAN: There is definitely a horror element to it that kind comes into play and the environment certainly lends itself to that. If we were doing a comedy set in this place it would still seem a little scary.

First official Still from and More Details on AIR

It was back in October of 2011 when we first got word that Christian Cantamessa would be directing a post-apocalyptic project called Wake Cycle, and now that some time has passed, the film has a new name (AIR), an impressive cast, and a few very familiar names on its production team.
EW got the first look still you'll see below of AIR co-stars Norman Reedus and Djimon Hounsou, who portray workers tasked with maintaining one of the underground bunkers set up to preserve the human race after the Earth's atmosphere has been rendered toxic.
Sandrine Holt ("House of Cards," "The Returned," Terminator: Genesis) also appears in the film, which is slated for a spring 2015 release. Its producers includes "The Walking Dead's" Robert Kirkman and David Alpert along with Chris Ferguson and the Sinister/Insidious team of Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and exec producer Bailey Conway.
The film takes place in an underground facility, where the world's greatest scientists, etc., are placed in sleeping tanks after a nuclear fallout. The previous title's "wake cycle" refers to the six-month intervals of two hours each that allow two custodial workers to maintain the bunker.
Reedus told EW a bit more about the film, which was written by Cantamessa and Chris Pasetto:
"It’s a psychological thriller. It’s a story of two people who are pretty much the last people on the planet. They run a facility that has all the best of the best that’s being held in sleep tanks that will be re-awakened to populate the earth, and one of them thinks of their job as the scientist and the other thinks more of their job as a janitor. And the position is kind of in-between both of those. But one of them discovers that the other has a secret, he’s holding on to the secret, and that secret is that he’s trying to keep a certain person alive. And through the character I play, his past is such a dark one and the guilt of what he’s done weighs so heavy on him, that he sort of substitutes his real family for this other person in his mind, and he sort of looks at him as a brother in this way that’s a little too close for comfort. And what happens is he ends up forcing the action to take place against the other person’s will. So it becomes this thriller, this mindfuck of a movie of convincing this other guy to do something he doesn’t want to do."
As for the vibe of the film, "It’s very isolating, very claustrophobic. Even filming in it, it’s very claustrophobic. I remember reading the script and my manager and I were going through it and I was like, 'What do you think?,' and she was like, 'I love how claustrophobic it is; I hope they keep that element there,' and after talking with Christian multiple times before I came here, that was one of the main questions I kept asking: 'Can we keep it as claustrophobic as this?' As dire and as end of the world as the script reads right now, we’ve kept it all. It’s a very claustrophobic feel just shooting it. There are moments in it that are... they’re terrifying, and you feel very alone and you feel very fucked over on many different levels by other people and, you know, by the world as a whole, by the people that put us there. It has these sad elements to it, but it also has these uplifting storylines as well. One half is going down the rabbit hole, and the other half is climbing back up it."
Sounds right up our alley for sure so look for lots more soon!

Norman Reedus All Sweaty and Dirty on the set of Walking Dead season 5 on July 2, 2014

It can sometimes be difficult for actors to get back into character after a break from filming.

But Norman Reedus looked ready to shoot as he brandished his crossbow on the set of The Walking Dead in Georgia on Wednesday.

The small screen hunk seemed excited as he interacted with the cast and crew as he began to record scenes for the fifth season of the hit AMC programme.

The 45-year-old former model, who used to date Helena Christensen, looked lean and mean in a leather waistcoat, shirt, jeans and brown boots.

He has found new fame for his eye-catching turns as tough guy hunter Daryl Dixon, whose fighting and tracking skills never fail to come in handy for the show's bumbling troop of survivors,.

Norman has insisted fans will be in for a full on thrill ride when the zombie apocalypse show returns.

He said: 'These scripts are the best scripts so far, and I’m really just excited to be back at it.

'There are a lot of characters right now, so there are a lot of really different personalities on set.

'And it’s super interesting, everyone’s really bringing it. It’s going great. It’s so dynamic because it’s so fast-paced and so complicated. It’s great to be back.”

And he said everyone is tougher than ever in the new series, particularly former This Life star Andrew Lincoln's sheriff's deputy character Rick Grimes.

He said: 'Everybody on the whole team is so badass right now.

'It’s interesting, because a lot of personalities are clashing, or characters’ personalities are clashing. But yeah, we definitely have Rick back.'

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus Clubs Walker With Greg Nicotero’s Saturn Award

During the past four seasons of The Walking Dead, there have been a number of unusual methods used for dispatching walkers. However, Norman Reedus might have come up with the most original way to kill a walker yet in a new video from special effects guru Greg Nicotero.
Last week, Nicotero was awarded the George Pal Memorial Award at 40th Annual Saturn Awards. Because Nicotero was busy doing work on Season 5 of The Walking Dead in Georgia, he couldn’t make it to Burbank to pick up his Saturn Award personally. Instead, Nicotero created a video to express his gratitude for the recognition.
In the video, a walker appears to have made off with Nicotero’s Saturn Award. Luckily, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) come to the rescue. Rick grabs the Saturn Award away from a walker, and he tosses it to Daryl, who uses the Saturn Award to club another walker in the head. Daryl then tosses the Saturn Award to Abraham, who looks at it before throwing it safely to Nicotero.
Once having his award in hand, Nicotero says, “Wow, guys. I’m so honored. Thank you so, so much to the Academy of Science Fiction and Horror Films.”

Norman Reedus Meets Troops, Asks Fans to "Sponsor a Hero" — Here's How

The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) was recently named the "Biggest Ass Kicker" of 2014, but he said he's more of a wimp in life. We might go with "motivated softie" over wimp, since he's been known to stand up and champion compassionate causes, from animal rights to supporting the troops with care packages.
Norman just shared his support for the latter when posting the photo shown on June 30, writing "It was a privilege to meet you guys today great cause!! Sponsor a hero!! Do it !! Www.herobox.org @heroboxorg."
HeroBox is a non-profit organization that supports deployed, injured, aging and homeless veterans. According to the HeroBox website, its mission is "to provide the physical items and moral support our heroes need while away from home."

Supporters can donate funds to the cause (100 percent tax deductible) or, as Norman wrote, you can Sponsor a Hero through the "myHero program." They'll connect you with a deployed service member in their database, and you'll pack and ship a HeroBox to your hero each month.
Head here for details on that. It sounds rewarding on both sides, and also personal — you're not just giving to "the troops" as a big picture concept, you have a particular person, a new friend/hero, to support. But if you're in a group, you can also sponsor an entire unit.
You know who’d love this idea? Sgt. Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz)! He’s all about a good mission. So make him, and Norman proud, and consider getting involved in honor of Independence Day.

Aaron Paul And Norman Reedus Are Having An Epic Bromance: See The Pics

While we're at work, Jesse Pinkman and Daryl Dixon are busy becoming best friends.

While we were all going about our lives, minding our own business, something truly wonderful was happening down in the wilderness of Atlanta — Jesse Pinkman and Daryl Dixon, or Aaron Paul and Norman Reedus, if we’re being politically correct — were becoming fast friends. And posting photos about it.
Paul and Reedus, who both starred (or, in Reedus’ case, is still starring) on groundbreaking AMC dramas in fan-favorite sidekick roles, are currently busy shooting the heist movie “Triple Nine” down in the ATL, where Reedus is also busy filming season five of “The Walking Dead.” Their social media accounts have made it very clear that a bromance is forming, as both actors (as well as their costar Clifton Collins Jr.) just can’t stop posting goofy behind-the-scenes photos from the film, which sounds pretty awesome. (“A group of corrupt police officers are blackmailed into pulling off a seemingly impossible heist. They plot the murder of a rookie police officer in order to orchestrate a ’999,’ code for ‘officer down’, to pull off the heist across town,” saysIMDB. Also, Kate Winselt, Woody Harrelson and “12 Years A Slave” star Chiwetel Ejiofor are in it. So there’s that.)
Anyway, here’s a picture Reedus posted of Jesse Pinkman pointing right at you, captioned only “999″ because Normski isn’t a huge fan of words:

And here’s one of the boys (including Collins) paling around, captioned — “#regram This is what my mornings are looking like lately and I’m loving it. I have known @mrwupass and @bigbaldhead for a very long time and working with these guys is a dream come true. This movie is going to blow all of your minds. #TripleNine” — because Paul is a bit of a sap when it comes to public displays of affection on Instagram:

This one also includes Ejiofor, who brings some Oscar cred to the budding bromance:

The Walking Dead: Norman Reedus Says Hershel Can Never Be Replaced

We’re used to bidding beloved characters (and the actors who portray them) farewell each season on The Walking Dead, but no one’s passing hit the cast, characters, and viewers harder than that of Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson). He was the paternal figure in the group, their moral compass, and his death was all the more painful because he was beheaded by The Governor (David Morrissey).
After Hershel’s death and then the Season 4 finale last spring manyTWD members reflected on what Hershel/Scott’s absence would mean for the group, and now it’s Norman Reedus’ (Daryl Dixon) turn to weigh in. Not surprisingly, Norman took the loss hard and even declared Hershel irreplaceable.
“There’s nobody on our show like Hershel, you can’t replace a Hershel. He brought a certain experience and comfort in his words,” Norman told GoldDerby.com during a video interview. Speaking of Scott, he continued, “He has such an air about him just as a person and when he inhabits a character. I always say in interviews that I want to grow up and be Scott Wilson one day, I think Daryl might have thought the same thing of Hershel. He’s tough and he means what he says, and he’s a good person so I think there are similarities there.”
Hershel’s death will be a tough one to get over, no doubt, and our group isn’t in the best position (trapped in a Terminus train car) as we start Season 5, but there’s still hope to look forward to. Like, for example, the likely reunion between Daryl and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), who has yet to reach Terminus.
Sure, we don’t know that a Caryl reunion is in the cards, but it would be a huge missed opportunity for the writers if it didn’t play out. “I think out of everyone in the group she’s definitely one of the top ones that he’ll be most excited to be reunited with,” Norman said of a possible reunion. “He’s always protected her, he’s always had a soft spot for her, and he’s always looked after her. I think he recognizes a lot of himself in her and I think he would do anything to keep her alive and keep her safe. It’s a very close bond between those two.”
Yeah Norman, there’s an entire Caryl fandom that would back you up on that last statement!
Do you think Hershel can be replaced? Are you looking forward to a Caryl reunion? Sound off below!

Norman Reedus Says He's 'Not Very Ass Kicker-ish'

celebuzz's pic
Give Daryl Dixon a walker and he can take him down with one shot.

But off-screen, Norman Reedus finally met his match – against a new mattress.

"I chopped the tip of my finger off the other day and I cried like a baby. I'm a complete wimp," the The Walking Dead star told PEOPLE at Saturday's Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards of taking the plastic off his bed.

"That's not very ass kicker-ish, is it? Listen, you can give a crossbow to anybody and they look bad ass."

Despite Dixon's loyal, no-nonsense character, Reedus, 45, admits he's not quite as impressive in real life
"I've gotten stitches on the show and real black eyes. I'm more of a klutz to be honest," he says.

Following the season four cliffhanger, fans are anxiously anticipating the show's return in the fall. But not everyone has stayed loyal throughout the hiatus – including Reedus's 14-year-old son Mingus.

"I went through his closet with him recently. We were downsizing and thinking what we could get rid of," he says. "He made a huge pile of Daryl Dixon clothes. And I was like, 'Really? You're going to throw them away?' He said, 'Yeah, I'm my own guy now.' "

Although he may no longer be channeling his dad's character, Mingus is still showing plenty of interest in the hit show. "He wants to be a director now. He watches the show and dissects it – he tells me what I should have done," Reedus shares.

But the proud father still manages to get in the last laugh. "He has an amp and guitar next to his bed. So I wake him up with crazy loud feedback. I jam out and he looks at me like 'Oh God, Dad, put it down. Not again,' " he jokes, adding he's the "coolest kid I've ever met."

The Guys Choice Awards air Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Spike TV.

Norman Reedus Thanks Fans, Promises “Great” Book of Artwork

Credit: Gene Page/AMC Photo: Producer Denise Huth Hugs Norman Reedus While Shooting The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale
For months, The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) has been assembling a book of fan art as a way to show his legions of adoring fans just how much he appreciates them.
We mean, what says thanks better than having one of your favorite actors publish your art?! And now it sounds like the highly-anticipated book could be nearing completion. Woohoo!
On May 25 Norman tweeted, “Thank u everyone that sent in artwork really great stuff. Book is gonna be great. You guys are the best thank you!!!”
Throughout this process Norman has been sharing some of his absolute favorite fan art, so we totally trust him when he says a great book is on the way — you guys are pretty darn talented!
Given Norman (and Daryl’s) fan-favorite status, we’re not surprised that he was The Walking Dead cast member to take this task on. Let’s also not forget that the 45-year-old actor clearly has an artistic eye. Last year he released a book of photographs, The Sun's Coming Up ... Like a Big Bald Head, and the collection — including snaps of roadkill and pictures from TWD’s Atlanta set — received a ton of praise from media outlets and fans alike.
Less than a week after Norman announced his plans to publish a book, he had already received thousands of submissions and set a May 13 deadline, which has now come and gone. From the sound of Norman’s tweet, we’d say the submission period is over, but that just means we’re one step closer to a finished product.
Still no word yet on when the book will be released, but if it comes out before Season 5 premieres, then it will be a good way to pass the time. Either way, we’ll let you know as soon as we hear anything.
